Amidst adoring songs of worship that filled the Holy sanctuary, the Servant of God Abraham Richard Bisaso in full combat of the Holy Spirit took position at the pulpit and led the believers into the message of the day titled“THE STATE OF THE CHURCH TODAY” With reference from the book of Jeremiah 14: 11-14, “The Lord said to me, ‘Do not pray for the well being of this people. Although they fast, I will not listen to their cry; though they offer burnt offering and grain offerings I will not accept them…’” The servant of God noted that it is sad how the church is in such a very bad state. Pointing out that before, places of worship were homes of refuge but surprisingly, today people are running away from church because they have gone through alot. They are tired of lies, injustice, fights and theft that have dominated the born again churches. These indicate that Church is no longer a safe refuge for Lord's people. The prophet alerted that Church Leaders have done alot of atrocities that have led the flock to get out of faith forgetting that God is not looking for everyone but only the lost sheep.
Breaking down the teaching, the Prophet of God cautioned servants to be careful before starting up any ministry for the enemy of the Church is the son born in church. He alerted that today's church is dominated by business because many have begun ministries without being commissioned and thus automatically becoming agents of Satan operating in the name of Jesus. Adding on, the servant of God said that a self examination needs to be done before opening up any ministry so that we can escape the wrath of God detailed in the book of Jeremiah 23:25-33.
The Seer assured the believers that what is being manifested- theft, lies, and fights in Churches today is Satan’s work and his main objective is to kill the true image of the church of God. The prophet made it clear to the congregation that God cannot keep quiet when such nonsense is going on; He must come out and speak. He went on and went on and affirmed to believers that the truth will always prevail and cautioned that not all that glitters is gold.

Abraham advised the believers never to entertain lies explaining that there is no small lie; that you call a small lie is what Satan grips on to eat up your soul.The Servant of God went on and alerted the congregants that God requires his followers to be lovers of truth and obedient to his word.
Summing up the teaching, the prophet urged Church leaders to wake up and stand for the truth.
Child of God, we believe your spirit has been awakened by this revelation of the Holy Spirit; this is the time to stand in faith and pray for the body of Christ so that it is renewed to the first love and faith. Therefore, wherever you are, make this prayer utterance for the body of Christ.
Prayer: I pray for the church of God to come back to truth, be strong in prayer and wait on Christ Jesus. O Lord take full dominion over your church and demolish any seed of Satan operating in your servants and church as awhole through the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
