FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD

The service at True Vine Communion Ministries was filled with the presence of the Holy Spirit in abundance as they worshipped and praised the Lion of Judah in His full glory. Evangelist Mucunguzi Wilber under the instruction of his father in the Lord, Abraham Richard took position at the pulpit from the glorious worship and led the jubilant congregation into the message of the day titled “FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD” with reference from the book of James 4:1-6.

Evangelist Wilber said that what fails Christians to receive today from Christ Jesus is the inability to let go of earthly desires.  He said that these desires bring fights and quarrels because the motive behind the desire is always selfish. The evangelist alerted that if a Christian prays with an evil motive automatically becomes an enemy of God. Going deeper in the message, the Evangelist noted that with this kind of attitude, one can’t receive their answer from Christ Jesus. 

Evangelist Wilber urged the congregants wake up, change their ways, know what God wants and follow Him; through that Christ Jesus will uplift them to where they are destined to be. The Evangelist summing up the message encouraged the believers to be prayerful in order for the glory of God to be manifested and through obedience and humility; it will be easy to become friends with God.
